How can I calculate the projeted Filesize of the MPEG File when I convert a Divx Movie (98min23.sec. at 1961 bitrate, and 224 audiorate) to SVCD standard MPEG II ?
I think i once saw a calculation tool, but i cant remember where.. any ideas ?
